1) SBC will be responsible for generating leads of prospective SME clients. 2) He /she will be responsible for getting appointments & carrying out sales meetings with SME’s. 3) He/she will be responsible for conducting detailed need analysis and identifying challenges at client side. 4) He/ she will be responsible for identifying and proposing the plans which suits best in resolving the challenges of prospective clients. 5) He/ She shall be responsible to follow the sales process and processes given by management/ Branch Head timely. 6) He/she will be responsible for entering and maintaining the Lead/Client data and other Sales data in ERP. 7) Maintaining the various Sales targets within defined timelines. 8) He/she will be responsible for doing any other activities as may be described by the Management from time to time.
