Role

Purpose of the Role:

The Individual will be working as Business Head and will responsible for operations and Sales of academy and dance troupe services. She/he will be accountable for driving sales and profit, coaching for operational excellence, and enforcing brand standards

Strategy and Planning:

1) Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
2) Will be responsible for smooth operations of the academy.
3) Identification and segregation of potential market segments.
4) Create and establish a positive brand image for the Product among the customers, markets and within
the business ecosystem.
5) Preparing MIS for management submission.
6) Develop and review goals based on the objectives set by the management and communicate it to the
team.
7) Developing team and leading them to attain the targets.
8) Review progress as compared to goals, budgets, and targets
9) Take measures to retain the best talent in the team
10) Design and Implement Below the Line (BTL) initiatives to improve acceptability of product in new
markets and for new customer segments.
11) Assist in the development of the Annual Sales Plan for new products, in coordination with Lead - Sales.

Sales & Marketing:

1) Drives revenue growth by developing annual sales, marketing, and financial plans.
2) Optimize profitability by controlling cost & increasing revenue of academy and Troupe.
3) Review and analyze the marketing efforts and make necessary changes In the future plans.
4) Plan and monitor market developmental activities at all level with necessary feedback.
5) Ensure achieving monthly sales target of individual and the team.
6) To call on the generated leads and arranging meetings with them and attending those meetings, post
that has to convert those meetings into sales.
7) To generate leads & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
8) To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company’s services.
9) To set up and deliver sales presentations, service demonstrations to the clients
