1) Graduate/Masters in Social Work/Management/Education 2) Minimum 2-3 years of experience of working in the field of Livelihood and managing project teams.

1) A Centre Incharge is responsible for planning and monitoring Bright Future’s Education and Livelihood interventions which are implemented in Community (Youth Development and Training Center and Drama for Development Program) and School Program in a given area. 2) He/She supervises and guides the team of Facilitators, Social Workers and Change Leaders at the center to ensure that Bright Future’s objectives are met. 3) Centre Incharge interacts and engages stakeholders like Parents, Community Leaders, School Principals, Teachers, Volunteers, Mentors and Employers
