I. Education: · Graduate or Post Graduate (preferably in commerce, economics, business or related fields) · Additional degree/expertise in sales and operations management will be preferred II. Experience: · A minimum of 2 years’ experience in leading and implementing projects in the field of entrepreneurship · Additional experience in women based initiatives will be given preference III. Language Requirements: · Fluency in English and Hindi is required · Working knowledge of Marathi will be preferred

Key Job Responsibilities include:
I. Planning & implementation A. Assist the top management in preparing short & medium term plans for the Project Ekta in alignment with the overall strategy and long term planning of the organization B. Implement strategic program plans through implementation team and partner organizations (wherever available) C. Build capacities of the team and other stakeholders II. Management A. Supervise and guide the project team in achieving results with efficiency B. Direct and supervise project activities in Pune District, Maharashtra C. Build and manage relationships with various stakeholders of the project III. Communication A. Develop project communication for internal & external purposes including but not limited to social media updates, website updates, annual report. B. Develop and manage communication with participants and other local stakeholders of the project. IV. Documentation, monitoring & evaluation A. Document project activities and results for internal and external reporting B. Monitor the program progress using the Project MIS and reporting formats C. Evaluate the program impact on a periodic basis and submit reports V. Accounts & Administration A. Manage the project office in Chakan, Pune district in Maharashtra including general office maintenance, administrative systems, security and equipment B. Manage the local bank account for the organisation & keep all necessary records related to inflow and outflow of funds from the project office. C. Coordinate with the support teams (finance, admin, MIS etc.) at Dhriiti head office for smooth functioning of the project
