• Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing; preferably in a real estate
organization

• Graduate/ post graduate; preferably MBA (Marketing)

• Multi tasking, relationship building, capable of adjusting to flexible working conditions

Role

• Deliver the implementation of sales programs, events for attracting clients, including the sales
launch

• Leading and motivating a team of sales executives

• Prepare sales kit for the project, in coordination with the design team

• Create and constantly build and refine prospect database based on inputs from the various
channels

• Drive and encourage initiatives to implement a performance oriented, innovative and quality and
customer oriented work environment

• Recommend techniques to increase the number of qualified enquiries who respond to the
company’s promotional efforts

• Provide guidance to sales agents for sales process, including site visits and managing customer
experience

• Oversee sales transaction and verify the completion of all paperwork prior to handover to CRM
team

• Verify allotment letter capturing all details of the transaction for all customers in coordination
with the Back office and the Legal team

• Manage customization requests from the customers and coordinate with Projects team for the
same and record the approved customizations in the allotment letter

• Maximizing the targeted gross contribution both in value and percentage for allocated projects
Daily/ weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly reporting of Sales analytics and MIS to enable management
decisions
