3) Excellent Communication & Pleasing Personality is Mandatory.
1) Must be able to build a good rapport with the guests and overall building a strong relationship with the guests.
2) Handle guests requests promptly.
3) Maintain records of their queries /feedback.
4) Handling cash and also maintaining account records.
5) Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications an asset
6) Must possess a professional presentation
7) Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
8) Highly responsible & reliable
9) Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
10) Promote facilities and events of the club.
11) To have up to date information on daily room occupancy.
12) To adhere to strict grooming and hygiene standards.
