1) Work with the CEO and core team to develop strategic and operational corporate partnership goals for Bright Future, make plan of action and execute the same. 2) Scout for and tap potential CSR Funding Sources, HNIs, PSUs, Institutional Funders and other sources who are interested to support interventions in Education and Livelihood sector. 3) Developing proposals and pitching it to donors, donor engagement and planning and executing fundraising events will be some of the responsibilities of the manager. 4) Work for building relationships with the new corporate partners for placement tie-ups for youth, Mentors and Volunteers and Guest lecturers for the aspirants.
