1) Working and recording with spread-sheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals on company software.
2) Preparing statutory accounts.
3) Calculate and check to make sure receipts and payments, amounts and records are correct.
4) Liaising with Branch Head in Controlling credit and chasing debt.
5) Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
6) Organize and update the company's tax database within the branch.
7) Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes
8) Liaise with internal and external auditors.
9) Producing error-free accounting reports and present their results
10) Support month-end and year-end close process.
