- Review store of your respective area on their respective KRA & KPIs in order to develop performance-driven culture.
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Ensure support to the marketing team in execution of in-store promotion or loyalty programs
- Track, analyze, and take steps to increase footfalls to ensure monthly sale targets for the store are met
- Ensure that the store of your respective area has the required infrastructure, approvals etc. and maintained as per the norms defined
- Provision of monthly feedback to the Retail Head on sales, stock positions and product feedback
